GUIDELINE FOR FULL PAPER SUBMISSION
Your 6 to 8 pages manuscript for the proceedings, prepared according to the author guidelines, can be submitted via our submission portal accessible from our official website. You are required to have a CMT account before you can proceed with paper submission. Please create a new account if you do not have one.
Publication guidelines: The proceedings should contain original research that has neither been published nor submitted for publication elsewhere. We are expecting MIN 6 pages and MAX 8 pages per manuscript (MIN 2700 words/manuscript is required). Springer webpage https://www.springer.com/de/authors-editors/conference-proceedings/conference-proceedings-guidelines provides the template and some other useful general information with regards to preparing your paper. Please read the instructions carefully before you prepare and submit your paper. We prefer authors to use the template in msword *.docm format. Please click here to download the template.
Recommended structure of proceeding: Abstract, introduction, literature review, research methodology, results and discussion, conclusion, and references. Please find this link for general springer guidelines in structuring your manuscript. It is important to ensure that when you submit your paper, it is in its final form ready for publication, and has been thoroughly proofread. The reviewers will reject a manuscript that is inappropriately formatted or/and very poorly structured and may not return the manuscript to the author for correction. Please also ensure the originality of the manuscript. Authors are encouraged to run similarity checks prior to submission (e.g. using Turnitin). Manuscript found to have Turnitin similarity of above 20% will be rejected.
Corresponding author: When submitting a paper, the authors should allot a corresponding author, who must be available to carry out a proof check of the paper. The corresponding author is given 72 hours to check the paper. It is helpful if authors place an envelope icon (or any other pointer) next to the name of the corresponding author, whose email address is mandatory, in the header of the paper.
SUBMITTING YOUR MANUSCRIPT: Please login to the submission portal accessible from our official website.
